The 1:1 Sacred Sound Bath is a deeply personalized sound experience designed for your body, nervous system, and energy field so you can relax and re-set.
When you receive a sound bath, you’re not just hearing sound ~ you’re receiving frequency.
Sound healing moves beyond the mind and through your entire energy field, gently shifting your mental, emotional, and nervous system state.
As the frequencies move through the body, they speak directly to the subconscious—where beliefs, patterns, and protective responses are stored.
Before we begin, we’ll tune into what you’re currently holding and what your system is ready to expand into now.
From there, I intuitively select the sound bowls and frequencies that support yourunique needs in this moment.
Unlike group sound baths where the frequencies are general, this is a private, sacred container where the sound meets you exactly where you are.
